A vote happened a couple of days ago in the European Parliament, about the revision of the rules of procedure of the EP. One amendment (n°315) stated :
“Members should publish online all scheduled meetings with interest representatives falling under the scope of the Transparency register. The Bureau shall provide for necessary infrastructure on Parliament’s webpage.” or in other terms “Publish online the meetings between lobbies and members of the Parliament”. (source)
This amendment was not accepted – liberals & conservatives mostly rejected it, while socialists abstained. Of course, our MEP Julia Reda was in favour.
We checked the nominal votes on the website of EP and made a spreadsheet (see attachment)with the votes of Belgian members. Feel free to challenge them and publish their name.
